The Riverbend Building

The Riverbend Building opened in June 2022 at 240 E. Jackson Blvd, in Elkhart’s River District.

The building was designed by Alexander Gorlin Architects, an award-winning design firm out of New York, and built by DJ Construction, Elkhart-based family-owned commercial construction company.

The Riverbend: Originating amid a crisis, the building is dedicated to the grit, tenacity, and resiliency embodied and emboldened in Elkhart, Indiana. We hope the building provides social collisions for the doers, the dreamers, and the leaders of today and tomorrow.
